IMattReedSmalln case you haven’t realized it yet, I love the sport of triathlon and I love serving as an ambassador to the sport by introducing a multi-sport lifestyle to people while helping others advance in the sport to surpass their goals. Racing and training can be a humbling experience as we all seek for the perfect day when everything comes together as planned. Reality often involves a few more adaptations in order to overcome the unexpected. When it comes to triathlon, I have just about experienced it all. More importantly, I have found a secret successful balance of being a professional and full-time dad of three amazing kids. People often ask me about myself, so I thought I would give you a little inside information in the life of Matty Reed. Enjoy!
